CAN I GET BLUE TOOTH ON MY PC OR LAPTOP?

is there a software to download to get blue tooth connection? i know you can get a special card to get it but i don't want to go and get one. its for my laptop and pc.
my laptop is a acer laptop.
my pc is a dell pc.
please help
 
considering that you have stated quite plainly that you do not want to go out and purchase what you need to purchase to get bluetooth functionality, then No, you cannot get Bluetooth on your PC or laptop.

Simple.
