Basically what happened is that I took a left turn pretty fast, skipped over several lanes without signaling, and apperently cut off another car according to the officer. He ended up only giving me a ticket for not turning into the most left lane. If I do go to court and try to argue with them, is it possible that if something like the cars speed or lack of turn signal comes up, that they may add to the current citation and fine?
Also I didn't have the correct address on my license. He didn't cite me for that but changed the address for my ticket. Could they add a charge for that in court too?
Well im not sure if its a legitimate excuse, but the reason the officer may have given me that ticket is because i was trying to switch 3 lanes after the turn because a highway entrance is literally right after the intersection on the right hand side.
another thing...theres a scheduled date on the ticket already..so if i go to that am i expected to pay additional court fees?
