Can I get an Iphone for Bell Mobility if my contract hasn't expired?

I lost my phone and am looking for a replacement (hopefully the Iphone).
Can I buy the Iphone at a base price, then continue my current monthly plan with Bell?
*I do not want to renew another 3-year contract!*
If this is possible, can I just add data to my current plan?
Please help!
