Can I get an HPV vaccination even though I had sex the week before?

The problem is, that my mother wants to take me to the doctor to give me an HPV, she doesn't know that I had sex more than once and recently, and I don't want her to find out is it still possible for me to get a vaccine and keep this part of my life a secret?
 
you can always get the vaccine, just don't expect it to protect you from something you may have already contracted. If it turns out you already have HPV, the vaccine will not cure it.
