I'm on an extremely low income, and already have an apartment to pay for.
It never seems to work out for me to get back out to work, I have a disability for one thing. Something people have one heck of a hard time understanding.
Is there a way for a person such as myself to get an affordable car, and insurance, etc.
I am disabled and stuck walking up and down what is practically a mountain, just to run my apartment, bring all the stuff in. I've got a 15 lb. weight limit, so doing this for myself is my full-time job. Even though it's all cash output, not income. Thanks!
