Can I get alerts when a .asp page is updated?

My work has a web page, in .asp, where employees can sub out their hours. We have to login with unique employee id numbers to view the page currently. I was wondering is there a way that I can get automatic alerts when someone else puts up their hours? If so how do I do this?

I have no experience writing software or coding if that makes a difference..
