Can I get a six pack through diet and a small amount of exercise?

I have been using the atkins diet to lose weight and I have gone from 197lbs to 163lbs. My stomach has got a lot flatter and I have gone from a 37.5 inch waist to 32 inch.

I have done this without much ab exercises and only been walking to and from school =. 1 hour walking.

So my question is: is it possible to get a six pack without exercise.
