I have a Florida Pre Paid scholarship that pays for my courses. My courses start on Monday and the Pre Paid program forgot to update my profile card to the financial aid office. Because of this the college took money out of my financial aid package to pay for my courses. The Pre Paid program has just faxed my card and profile to the school. My question...."can I make the school refund the money that they took to pay for my courses and have them take money out of my scholarship program 'which they should have done' even though the deadline has been met?
Can I get a refund from the Financial Aid Office?
