Can I get a new verizon phone before contract ends?

Okay, so I have the alltel scoop and as you know, verizon bought alltel so I go to verizon now. Well I don't like this phone and I got it last year in February. Well I hate this phone and i've gotten many replacements but I am still having problems with it. It is a 2 year contract so is there any possible way to get another phone before the contract ends? Thank you so much!
 
Yeah, you can get a new phone. Though, you'll have to pay full price. It's probably easier to go to craigslist or ebay and see what deals you can score there.
