I got the Rumor 2 this year in January, it's worked fine until mid November. The screen would get all messed up and would constantly shut down. I took it to the Sprint store and they fixed it. A couple weeks later it started to continue to mess up. I want to know if they will allow me to get another phone & if the phone would have to be free. I'm trying to get a BlackBerry Curve or The Palm Pixi . HELP.
