Can I get a Master in chemistry if i have a Bachelors in physics?

i was originally going to get a bachelors in chemistry but because of prerequisites and full classes, I decided that i would like to first get a bachelors in physics. If i get a bachelors in physics, can i later get a masters in chemistry or would i have to go back and get a bachelors in chemistry?
