i want to gain muscle but at the same time stay skinny and reduce body fat because im afraid bulking up too much will affect my running performance...i have been told to eat more calories than i consume to gain muscle..but wont that just make me fatter at the same time?
but can i simply just consume lots of protein and burning more calories and eat less i can gain muscle and lose fat?
i burn 500 a day, consume approx 1500, but include lot of protein..is that good?>
