Can I flash my iPhone into Metro PCS?

Most people have told me it is impossible because Metro PCS uses no sim cards and AT&T does but I saw a website that offers a unlocked iPhone for Metro PCS www.pcsphones.net and pcmag.com says it might be possible. So what to believe? The only reason I want it on Metro PCS is because I really cannot afford to pay expensive service like AT&T or T-Mobile.
