Can I fix my sidekick lx scroll ball ?

Can I bring my sidekick lx to a tmobile store and tell them to fix my scroll ball? Cause I think it's loose it won't go up down left or rght unless u push down a little then move it. And it's not dirty cause I cleaned it and it still won't work. How much do you think it is to fix it at the tmobile store ?
