Large halibut steaks were overcooked on the bbq. Now it's very very dry. Is there a way to make it more edible? I'd rather try to fix it another way then just throw it away. Thanks!!

Lots of tarter sauce.

Or flake it up and add it to a wrap wih things that would compliment any flavors you seasoned the fish with. Don't forget the juicy stuff such as tomatoes, maybe corn, peppers et...Add tarter sauce or even just sour cream, ranch or mayo and mustard as a dressing.

Halibut is a pretty versatile fish with a fairly mild flavor, so you've got some advantages here! Here are some ideas:

1. Serve with a homemade dill sauce
2. Cut into cubes and serve in caesar or spinach salad
3. Mix with cream of potato soup, corn chowder, crumbled bacon and half and half for a Seafood Bisque
4. Slice and place in soft flour tortillas, along with shredded cheese, coleslaw, and sauce for fish tacos
5. Toss chunks with fettucini alfredo
