Can I fix my Car Audio / Amp Issue?

Hi,
Sometimes in the morning when I go to use my new stereo system in my car, the speakers don't play right. All the sound comes out of the front left speaker and static in the other 3 speakers. I think it is an amp issue. If I wait until my car warms up (the temperature gauge is in the middle) and then turn on my system, it works just fine and not once have I had a problem. Does the amp need to warm up first and is there a way to prevent this issue by adding something to my system? See below for my components...Thanks!
The following are the components to my system:
1) Stereo - "Kenwood KDC-HD545U." [CD player with built-in MOSFET amplifier (22 watts RMS/50 peak x 4 channels)]

2) Speakers (4) - "JVC CS-V6835." [6'' x 8'' 3-way Coaxial Car Speaker 240 Watts Max 40 Watts RMS Aramid Fiber Cone Woofer Twin Roll Rubber Surround 4 Ohms 85 dB Sensitivity].

3) Amp (5 Channel) - "Infinity Kappa 5" 5-channel amplifier [50 watts RMS x 4 at 4 ohms + 300 watts x 1 at 2 ohms]
Item #108KAPPA5V.

4) Orion Sub 12" & I think 500 RMS
I've been through all the connection checks....and the place that did it double checked everything and thinks it's the amp. It works fine when the car is warmed up, so I don't think it's connections.

Also, the sub works fine. I live in Michigan, so yes it is cold....but it was doing this on cool morning in the late summer/fall (45 or 50 degrees maybe).
