can i fit disc brakes on any bike ?

im thining of buyin new parts for my bike as ill be riding it this summer. can i buy disc brakes and attach them ? or will i need to buy a new wheel for that and etc?

its a 26" full suspension bike, im thinking of just buying 1 disc brake. will it be easy to apply ?
 
Depends on the size of wheel you have now. Without the details on your bike its hard to say, but best bet is you will need to buy new rims...

You will need wheels with disc-specific hubs and the frame must have the proper caliper mounts. Of course, you'll need a disc brake set as well. If you go with hydraulic instead of mechanical discs you'll also need a new lever and some real knowledge about installing the brakes correctly.
