Can I find a catering waitress job in New York city thats off the books. Paying in cash?

I'm moving to New York city and I was wondering if I can find a waitress catering job somewhere but that pays in cash. Hopefully working at night because i go to school during the day and have a child. Does anyone know of something like this?
