I really LOVE the 2007 honda fits. And I'd absolutely consider buying a used one. But, the cash for clunkers is a great deal for my beat up (literally...its almost been totaled a couple times and has been put back together pretty good) jeep liberty. But, you have to buy a NEW car...which basically, I'd rather not do if I have to. And I'd qualify for the 4,500 off. I know this is a stupid question, but would any dealerships still have new 2007 cars, even in late 2009?
the jeep does qualify...it gets 17 mpg average, less than the 18 it needs to qualify, and I bought it brand new in 2002.
