Just wondering if I can file a case towards new company, I had two interview from them then following day they called me that Im hired and they sent me an email that Im hire and hand my noticed to my current employer. (take note after I receive their letter I reply that I accept their offer)and hand my noticed to my current job.after two days the company saying they will withdraw the offer with out any explaination why.and now my current employer will not accept my withdraw of resignation. Now I lost my job because of them
