Situation is.. in DENVER, the normal HWY speed limit you would see around here is 55, but if you're familiar with the public speed in bigger cities, people tend to go up to 70mph in a 55 zone. That's 15 over. And to prove that, I've done it in front of cops literally a hundred thousand times and so has other people, but they don't pull you over (this is just for the city of Denver, not referring to every state).
However I recently got a ticket for going 77 on a 65 zone. That's 12 over. For that highway, almost everyone does about 75 to 80. There were a big group that I was driving with, so I don't know how he could of pinpointed me in all of the others I was with.
Anyway, on the ticket, I noticed he wrote "Speeding 65mph on a 77 zone"
Anyone with common sense knows that there isn't a such thing as a 77 zone. But he wrote it wrong on the ticket. Who wants to pay a ticket that he wrote a mistake on, to me, its like committing to an important contract that has wrong data on there... or you can try to change my point of view with your thoughts.
