I got a samsung gravity T phone under T-mobile. I've had it since september and I haven't dropped it and is in good shape physically. My phone a month ago started malfuctioning though. Sometimes the alarm won't work, sometimes texts won't send and it seams like every 2-3 days my phones touch screen stops working properly. I'll touch an app and it will move home screens or place it differently. It responds to my touch but it doesn't respond correctly.
I want to take it to the tmobile store to get a different phone free of charge because I think that since my phone isnt broken or anything it must be the software so if I got the same one it would do the same thing.
Can I get that done or do you think they will just send me a new gravity t?
