I bought a HTC magic phone today from a vodafone shop in Australia. After getting home and looking at it, I have founf this phone is not for me. I feel ridculous of course for not researching better. I am on a 29 dollar cap.
My question is, can I exchange it tomorrow if I go to the shop or call them and apologise a million times? Don't they have a 14 day thing where you can take it back?
