Can I exchange my LG Xenon for a Samsung Impression?

My LG Xenon has been having a lot of problems that weren't my fault (no water damage, never dropped it) and my warranty says i can return it for a new one, but the LG Xenon has been discontinued.
I searched LG Xenon on ATT's website and what came up was the Samsung Impression. I'm guessing that replaced the Xenon, so would that be the phone I get if i return mine?
And also, would I have to pay for it?

You need to be sure and call AT&T's warranty phone line and explain the problem, but I would have to say probably not. There is a slim chance, but AT&T probably will give you a refurbished Xenon.
