Can I eat whatever the heck I want if im working out alot?

Okay I walk to school everyday and back to my house for 20 mins walking to school and 20 mins back
I go to the gym 3 times a week for 2 hours!
This is what I do

Monday:
30 mins on cardio
20 mins on squats and weights (dumbells)
10 mins on Abs, triceps and back
+1 hour of swimming

Wednesday:
30 mins on cardio
20 mins on squats and weights
10 mins on abs, triceps and back
+1 hour of swimming

Friday:
30 mins on cardio
20 mins on squats and weights
10 mins on abs, triceps and back
+1 hour of swimming

So can I eat whatever I want atleast once a week of a good junky meal I wish to enjoy?
 
Though you're working out, it doesn't mean you can eat whatever. It should be a combination of dieting and working out. BUT if you're dieting and working out, and doing your best every week, I suppose it wouldn't be bad to treat yourself, like friday night. ;P
