I exercised for 61 minutes today and ate 1,330 Calories. According to Sparkpeople.com I should eat 1,380 to 1,730 calories a day. It says I need 50 more grams of calories, 44 more grams of carbs and 7 grams of protein and it says I can still eat 11 grams of fat in my diet today. The snack I wanted to eat was 1 serving of fig newtons & 1 serving of juicy juice. Even after I eat that I still need 5 grams of protein.
My question is, based on what I told you would it hurt to eat that snack? and also after I eat it would it help to do 10 to 15 minutes of jogging in place to burn the calories I just ate?
