Can I earn two tax credits for buying a new hybrid and trading in my Jeep?

As I understand it, there is currently available a tax credit for purchasing a hybrid vehicle. But additionally, the stimulus package has provided for a tax credit earned for trading in a car that gets below 18 mpg.

Would it be possible to claim both of these?
