It's something I've always wanted to do. My standing reach is 8 feet exactly and with a running start I can barely touch the 10 foot rim.
What exercises can I do to increase my vertical? I figure I need to get about 10 to 12 inches higher. I recently started jumping rope for 15 minutes every other day. I really want to do this and I'm not getting any taller.
