can i drop a gm 5.3 engine in my 98 chevy k1500?

truck is 98 k1500 z71 has 5.0 and 4l60e tranny i want to know if i could drop it in and what i have to change and is it worth it?

Yes you can. I would do it if the truck needs a new engine.
