Can i drive one of the family cars if im insured for SR22 on a different car?

Im insured for SR22 on a ford focus, but but i want to know if im aloud to drive the land rover that's insured with my parents? all our cars are from the same insurance company, im 17 and live in WA state. I require SR22 for 3 years, but does that mean i am only aloud to drive the car im SR22 insured on? or am i aloud to drive the other family cars? or even friend's cars?
 
You cannot drive your friend's cars because your insurance wont cover you. On the other hand you can drive your parent's cars because you are under the same insurance.
