Can i download a game to a flashdrive then upload it to my Xbox 360?

Yeah i want to get banjo kazooie and twoie on the xbox market place but i think 1200 msp are way too much for 200 gs. so i was thinking maybe i could download a game off of the internet onto a flashdrive (harddrive if its not big enough) then upload it to my xbox.

it seems like it would work....... but i dont know where i can get the games.

would it work with ROMS for emulators?
 
Nope I'm really sorry man but currently it's impossible to do such a thing. In the past this would have been possible but ever since Feb 2009, Microsoft has made it compulsory that all Xbox 360 DVDs be piracy-proof. In short, their game discs can no longer be copied onto a hard-drive then transferred to a 360 console.
 
im pretty sure it doesn't work that way. i remember that people fixed the original xbox up so that you can play nintendo games on it as well.
