I am 28 and I am ashamed to admit I never learned how to ride a bike.My dad thought they were too expensive while I was growing up, so he never bought me one. When I became independent, there were other things more important that buying a bike, so I never got one.
I've exercised on stationary bikes before, but never on a regular moving one.
I just joined the gym yesterday and I was thinking in taking some spinning classes. The spinning bikes look a lot different than the regular stationary bikes, but they are still attached to the ground. How hard can it be?
What can I expect of an spinning class?
