Can I do Epidural injection and physical therapy at same time?

I have had Luraber spine disk hirniation for 3 months . I have had 3 trigger point and nerve block and did once Epidural in August 18, I felt increased pain for about one week and now I feel my pain calmed down to the level before I took Epidural. In other worRAB, Epidural doesn
 
It's usually a good idea to rest and stay as flat as you can for about 48 hours after having an ESI. Otherwise, there is no reason why you couldn't go to PT at the same time as when you're having PT...unless you are too sore, or are in too much pain. Hopefully that won't be the case.
 
Yes, I stayed and rested at home about 48 hours. I just think if I do two treatments at same time and got better
or no help, I am not able to say which method helps or not.

I think if Epidural can't help me, my PM doctor may ask me to do Discograms
or Neuroplasty before he send me to surgery. I knew what are these procedures but don't know if these procedures can help me.
