No, most phones can only act as a memory card reader to make it utilize as a USB flash drive (Mass storage device)
 
...regular usb flash drive? I need to connect a cell phone and make it so that computer cant even tell its a cell phone. I need to be able to directly access the physical file system of the phone, and copy files on and off. does anybody know of a driver set or any way to mount a cell phones internal memory? Thanks
