...scholarship? Like, I want to receive 4 year federal scholarship to goto ROTC. Im in the Army Reserve right now, going to boot camp in a month, going to college in a year. Can I decline receiving GI Bill and GI Bill Kicker so I can claim 4 year federal scholarship ROTC program is offering?
