Can I create a network between 3510i and my PC with a data cable?

Hello. Due to the astronomic prices of WAP access for mobile phones in Romania, I thought of the following think:

Let there be a 3510i mobile connected to a functionally data cable on COM1 to my computer. As I can send/receive images, tones, applications, games through the cable, I thought there COULD be a way for me to have internet on my mobile phone through my internet connection of my PC.

I there any way I can do this?
