If you mean the Display Image that you use at the top of Yahoo Messenger and in IMs then no you cannot download it again to your computer. Now if you have it on your Yahoo! Profie as well you can but it will be the cropped or square version (192 x 192) and not the original resolution. Just open your Yahoo! Profile and right click it and choose Save Image as or Save Picture As.
