M Musak New member Dec 21, 2010 #1 I found a really awesome ribeye that has fallen behind some stuff. It was marinated in a dry rub and sealed in a zip loc two weeks ago. I usually eat my steak rare, but if I cook the crap out of this one, will it be safe to eat?
