Can I cook my chicken breast then freeze it to eat ?

Can I cook my chicken breast then freeze it the next day. Then if I want to eat , I will defrost it and cook it in the microwave it to eat it.

Yes. I have done this for years -- well at least since 1993. And I'm still here without any ill effects.

Yes, you can safely freeze or re-freeze already cooked chicken breasts. But if you're going to eat it within the next couple days, just refrigerate it. That way it won't take as long to reheat in the microwave.
