I have an Albacore tuna steak that I would like to cook in my toaster oven; is this a good idea?
If so, how long do I cook it for? What temperature? What should I put on the tuna, should I use oil? --Thanks!
PS Also, do you have any suggestions for preparing and seasoning the fish? Whenever I cook tuna it comes out a little bland...

I often sear it in a pan, and it usually ends up a little dry (I'm probably overcooking it). I thought I would give the toaster oven a try.
