Can I convert a garden tub to jacuzzi tub?

My wife and I are buying a home with a garden tub and would really like to add some jets to it like a jacuzzi. Can this be done?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
More work than it is worth. You would need to access the inside of the tub to install the jets and pump. You also need to run electrical. Installing the jets and hoses would probably require removing the tub.
