Can I convert a file playing on Windows Media Player to a WMV?

Ok, well I have this dvd. It was created on iMovie, so when I play it, it works on Windows Media Player, but it's like multiple files, like .vob and stuff. It plays fine on Windows Movie Maker. I just want that file that is playing to be somehow converted into wmv. Maybe I can burn it again into a wmv or convert it? I couldn't really use a converter because it's multiple files that are really weird files. I don't want to record it over again, so please reply soon! You'll get 5 stars if it works! Thanks!
 
take every thing out the folders and send them all to one folder.then go to WMP (windows media player)and convert it there.
