Can I convert a 98 dodge cummins to a allison?

I need to find out if I can convert a 98 dodge cummins 3500 to an allison transmission. I'm not sure what I'm looking for. I'm helping someone out so the more information the better.
 
I upgraded the 3500 torbo diesel tow truck at Banks Engineering, Cheaper than an allison upgade and that was 200,000 miles ago. do not underestimate the value of routiene maintenance, they also did the torque converter, not the cheapest but it still squeals tires. the truck runs 14.9 quarter miles on occasion, just to quiet down the peanut gallery
