Can I connect my jailbroken iPod Touch to my cell phone via bluetooth?

I have an iPod Touch 3.1.3 which I jailbroke using spirit. I have an LG 290C from Straight Talk with an unlimited monthly plan. Is there any way I can tether them so I can have internet on my iPod?
