Can i connect an ipod touch to a verizon cellphone via blue tooth, both

devices are found but i need a key pha? i set both devices to discovery mode and both are found but they both ask me for a key phase, where can i get it, same with my cell ? and finally is it really possible to do pair them up. Anyone has any input on this ? thanks
