Can I connect a car amplifier to the Bus In and the Bus Out RCA jacks on my Sony Stereo?

The "BUS IN" jacks are meant to be used with a Sony CD changer or satellite radio, NOT with an amplifier. Amplifiers should be connected to the output jacks. If it's working while connected to the input jacks, I'm very surprised.

Yes, you can connect the output on one amp to the input on another amp. That's exactly what it's for.
 
I have two amps and I have one hooked up to the bus in right now but could I hook another up to the bus out? Also on my amp there is an audio out so could I just run an RCA from that to the input of the other amp?
