Ok. i work at a call center. Ive been there for a year and a half. Im a hard worker, always there on time, one of the top workers. Anyways We had a meeting about new procedures and i told my best friend who also works there...apparently we were not supposed to tell anyone. He yelled at me infront of another co-worker and told me i would be written up, later that night,i sent email saying i was sorry for telling her but that it wasnt right for him to speak to me infront of a co-woker..the next day the shedule was out and i was left off it....people who have been there less time then i have..got hours, people who sit and dont do anything, people who dont get work done got hours..he did it on purpose, because i spoke up. is there anything i can do?
can i complain to work board? about being left off schedual?
