I recently had virgin media installed, including phone, tele and internet. The phone is fine, the tele is ok, but can be unreliable as sometimes some services don't work and programme information is often non existant. But the internet service is terrible. I had an email from them saying they were increasing there speeds from 2mb to 10mb, well i thought this was great. But my internet speeds so far have been terrible, even when I am the only person surfing the internet (wireless) I only have download speeds of 1 mb/s and upload speeds of only 0.5 mb/s . Is this enough for me to complain to virgin and get something done about it. Or seeing as I have already signed a contract is it to late. And for anyone out there don't have virgin media installed it is terrible, get sky it's worth the extra money.
