my girlfriend and her son (now) 16 months old, have lived with me for a little over a year now. i own the house. she recently got a job, and will not make over $3500 this year. will be able to claim her and her child as dependents for this years tax return? she will not be claiming him and claimed 0 on her w-4, & i claimed myself. any good info is appreciated.
