Can I Claim Back what Vodafone has caused me to lose?

I've had several problems from Vodafone, charging me at the wrong time for my bill. The direct debit agreement says payments cannot be taken before the date agreed. On occasions the money has been taken 1-5 days too early causing me to go into debt, and because I don't have any overdraft arrangements with the bank they charge me £25 every time this happens. Overall I have had to pay out £350 worth of bank charges related to this because they keep causing me to go into debt. I had a case with the Financial ombudsman about this and his final letter stated he believed Vodafone were at fault. Is it possible to claim that money back they have caused me to pay. Also, since they also ruined my credit rating, can they then level this?

I want to get a new car on finance and this is all that is holding me back.
